Nell Mina Tidwell, age 89
March 16, 1915
June 30, 2005

Mrs. Tidwell passed away Thursday at her Waxahachie residence. She was born in Forreston to John Marcus and Mary Ione (Johnson) Dugger. Mrs. Tidwell graduated from Forreston High School in 1934, then married Wayne Tidwell on November 24, 1937 in Forreston. She was employed with the Haggar Company during WWII. She was employed with the Central Presbyterian Church for 35 years, where she was very involved.

She is survived by: her husband of 67 years, Wayne Tidwell; son and daughter-in-law, Michael "Mike" and Joella Tidwell; sister-in-law, Bobbie Crittenden, all of Waxahachie. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Doyle Dugger.

The family will receive friends and relatives 6-8 PM Friday at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will be 2 PM Saturday, July 2, 2005 in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Reverend Vic Dindot officiating. Pallbearers will be Ken Stohner, Jerry Bell, Jerry Bell, Jr., Bill Vanderburg, Joe Rizzo, and Dwaine Williams. Honorary Pallbearer will be Fred McCollough. Interment will follow in Waxahachie City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Central Presbyterian Church, 402 N. College St., Waxahachie, TX. 75165.
