Nathen Geneva Hamel, age 86
March 3, 1918
February 21, 2005

Mrs. Hamel passed away Monday at the Red Oak Health and Rehab Center, Red Oak. She was a homemaker in her own home.

Survivors are: sons, Gary Hamel and wife Linda and Tommy Hamel all of Red Oak; daughter, Helen Stephens and husband Paul, also of Red Oak; sister, Ruth Camp of Grapevine; nine grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Everett Hamel and son, Stanley Hamel.

The family will receive friends and relatives 5-7 PM Tuesday at the Red Oak Funeral Home. The Celebration of her Life will be 1 PM Wednesday, February 23, 2005 in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Red Oak Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Red Oak Funeral Home.
