Mitchell Troy Baty, 49, of Forreston , Texas passed away Sunday, April 01, 2012. He was born on December 10, 1962 in Riverside , California to Billie Joe and Shirley June Welch Baty. He served proudly in the U. S. Army and was a member of the Avenue Church in Waxahachie. Mitch loved working with his hands. He was very creative and very mechanically inclined in welding, construction and home remodeling. He enjoyed working in his yard and loved being outdoors. He will be dearly missed by his family and everyone who knew and him and loved him. He is survived by wife: Suzanne Baty of Forreston , Texas ; His Father: Bill & Linda Baty of Seven Points , Tx. ; His Mother: Shirley Fox of Mesa, Arizona; 1 Son: Derek & Sharman Wilson of Houston, Texas; 2 Daughters: Heather & Scott Skipper of Weatherford, Texas and Amber & Jim Koehler of Mansfield, Texas; 1 Brother: Billy & Brandi Baty of Athens, Texas; Sisters: Wendy & Vincent Petkus of Auburn, CA; Cindy and Mike Halbert of Knoxville, Tennessee; Melissa & Jeff Cibik of Flagstaff, Arizona and Donna & Rocket Trammell of Seven Points, Texas 6 Grandchildren: Kyler, Koby, Kaden, Keagen Skipper and Karsen & Kollin Koehler. Services to celebrate his life are scheduled for 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 04, 2012 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home with Rev. David Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery . Visitation with the family will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, April 03, 2012 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Jeff Hyles, Jim Koehler, Scott Skipper, Kelly Westbrook, Mike Moore and Dennis Smith.
