Milton Lee (Chuck) Younts, age 70

Mr. Younts passed away peacefully in the presence of his family early Tuesday morning. He was born in Temple, TX. to J. B. and Margaret (Koctar) Younts. Chuck graduated from Temple High School and Temple Junior College. He served with the US Army 49th Armored Division from 1959-1965. Chuck married Patricia (Trisha) D. Blake in Dallas March 25, 1960. He was a retired Commercial Retail Grocer for the Metroplex. They were members of the Calvary Baptist Church of DeSoto and currently attending the Oaks Fellowship of Red Oak. They have been residents of Waxahachie for the past eight years and Chuck was the President of the Waxahachie Country Club.
He is survived by: his wife of 47 years, Patricia; sons, Alan R. Younts and wife Joyce of Hempstead, Dirk L. Younts and wife Cynthia Ann of Midlothian, Jeffrey Younts and wife Sharron of Frisco; daughter, Carrie Cockerham and husband Timothy of San Antonio; brothers, Richard W. Younts and wife Patsy Jean of Austin, Jimmy B. Younts and wife Judith of DeSoto, Johnny Younts and wife Sonya of Rowlett; sisters, Barbara Key and husband John of Waxahachie, Jean Baugh of Temple; thirteen grandchildren; many cousins, nieces and nephews. His parents preceded him in death.
The family will receive friends and relatives 6-8 PM Thursday at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will be 10 AM Friday, May 11, 2007 in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel with Pastor Ronnie Shull officiating. Interment will follow in the Waxahachie City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Randy Henderson, Steve Lawrence, Chance Blythe, David Nix, Ronnie Russell and Kevin Smith.
The family request that memorials be made to the Family Worship Center, P. O. Box 869, Cedar Hill, TX. 75106 or Lighted Pathways Hospice, 600 E. Cedar Creek Parkway, Seven Points, Texas, 75143.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
