Michael Holliday

Michael Alan Holliday went to be with Jesus on August 5, 2015 in California. He was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on June 26, 1978. Michael was only 37 when he left. He was raised in Waxahachie, Texas by Paul and Barbara Wallace and Rod Holliday. He attended Waxahachie High School. Michael was always full of joy and he never met a stranger. He loved the outdoors and he would give you his last dollar. He will be missed by his family and friends. His family and friends know he will now look down from Heaven and watch over us. Michael was preceded in death by his grandparents, Elaine Holliday, Truitt Crunkleton and Waymon and Rachel Wallace. He is survived by his daughter, Hayle Krezman Holliday; his grandparents, Peggy Baggett and Bill Holliday; his parents, Rod Holliday and Paul and Barbara Wallace; his siblings, Rodney Holliday and his wife, Suzanne, Jenica Wallace, Jacob Wallace, Verona Shook and her husband, David, Bethany Barthell and her husband, Bryan, Treva White and her husband, Bill and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and extended family. A memorial service to celebrate Michael's life will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Victory Baptist Church with Pastor Rodney Holliday officiating. Inurnment will follow at the Maypearl Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, August 21, 2015 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
