Matthew Blake Higgins, 27 of Red Oak, Texas passed away Tuesday, July 07, 2015 in Dallas, Texas. He was born on September 23, 1987 in Arlington, Texas to Larry & Deloris Allen Higgins. Matt was a member of the Lone Star Cowboy Church in Red Oak where he served in the trail ride ministry and several other ministries over the years. He loved to fish and hunt, play softball, he coached his daughters in softball, ride his motorcycle and horses. He was a member of the Kingdom Servants Motorcycle Club. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends and all that knew him and loved him. He is survived by his wife Amanda, his five children: Caitlin, Kylee, Harley, Kortlynd and Jordyn. Mother and step Father: Dee Allen & Mike Kiracofe; Brothers: Greg, Brian and Marshall; 1 Sister: Lori; numerous nieces and nephews, Aunts, Uncles and a host of other friends and family. He was preceded in death by his father Larry Higgins. Services to celebrate his life are scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, July 10, 2015 at the Lone Star Cowboy Church in Red Oak with Rev. Jon Coe officiating. Interment will follow at the Red Oak Cemetery. Visitation with the family was held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday, July 09, 2015 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
