Mary Wildman

Mary Bell Wildman, age 85, passed away peacefully in Waxahachie, Texas on August 5, 2020. She was surrounded by her family and loved ones.

Mary Wildman was a beloved wife to Griff Wildman for 50 years, a beloved mother to 4 children, Sonja Jackson of Red Oak, Tx., Rocky Wildman, Sr. of Red Oak, Tx., Rowdy Wildman of Duncanville, Tx., and Blaze Wildman of Waxahachie, Tx., 12 grandchildren and 18+ great-grandchildren.

Mary Wildman worked for DeSoto ISD for 30 years in Child Nutrition at both DeSoto High School and DeSoto East Junior High School. Mary was an early riser and a hard-working woman who successfully completed training for every Certification in her field.

Mary Wildman, the matriarch of her family, loved cooking, sewing, listening to Elvis Presley, tending her chickens and watching the Red Bird Cardinals fly over her front porch.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, Vallie and Ann Etta Boswell and her loving husband of 50 years, Griff Wildman.

She is survived by her 4 children, Sonja, Rocky, Rowdy and Blaze; 12 grandchildren, 18+ great-grandchildren.

Mary is greatly loved and will be missed by many.
