Mrs. Whitson, age 78 passed away at her residence in Red Oak on Saturday, August 2, 2008. She was born August 12, 1929 in Dallas to the late Howel and Sttie Mae (Nutt) Little . Mrs. Whitson is survived by her husband Clyde Whitson of Red Oak. One son Jetty Newton Wright Jr. Two daughters Phyllis Ann Wilson, Annett Nickels, 6 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren. Mr. Whitson was a Homemaker.

A Visitation for family and friends will be held Monday, August 4, 2008 from 6 to 8 PM at the Red Oak Funeral Home

A Celebration of Life Service is planned for Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at 2 PM also at the funeral home with interment following in the Red Oak Cemetery
