Mary Munoz

Mary Munoz of Waxahachie, passed away Thursday, December 5, 2013 in Waxahachie. She was born to the late Adrian and Ventura Moreno on September 28, 1928 in Depue, IL. She is survived by her sons, Andrew, Jr. & wife, Lisa Munoz of Waxahachie, Texas, Steve and wife, Rita Munoz of Waxahachie; Lewis & Carolyn Munoz of Waxahachie, David Munoz of Euless, Texas and Harvey & Bethany Munoz of Waxahachie. Daughters: Gloria and Olga Munoz of Waxahachie, Texas; her sister, Lucy Ferguson of Waxahachie; her grandchildren: Michelle, Magan, Andrea, Stephen, Adrienne, Jennifer, Christopher, David Munoz, Jr., Angela Munoz, Jesse Munoz, Gabrielle Munoz, John Munoz, Brooklyn Rodgers and Isaiah Zamarripa. Great Grandchild: Adrian Venegas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Adrian and Ventura Moreno; by her husband, Andrew Munoz; her brother, Manuel Moreno; and also her son, Jose Munoz Mary was a seamstress and loved to sew. She loved to cook and enjoyed listening to music. Most of all, Mary loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a very devout Catholic and was a member of the St. Joseph Parish. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Martin Moreno serving as Celebrant. Interment will follow at the Italy Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, December 9, 2013 with a Rosary prayer service at 7:00 p.m. http://www.waynebozefuneralhome.com/
