Mary Mozelle Mueller
June 25, 1918
December 13, 2008

Mozelle "Moe" Mueller, 90 of Waxahachie, passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2008 in Waxahachie. She was born to the late Joseph & Toy Audrey Sanders Willhauck on June 25, 1918.

Mozelle was a woman of faith. As written in Proverbs 31,

27 She watches over the ways of her household,
And does not eat the bread of idleness.
28 Her children rise up and call her blessed;
Her husband also, and he praises her:
29 " Many daughters have done well,
But you excel them all."
30 Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing,
But a woman who fears the LORD, she shall be praised.

She was a volunteer with Good Shepherd Hospice, and Lighted Pathways Hospice, making lap quilts and visiting patients. She cherished her times at church, attending New Life Worship Center.

It's been said that she could find so much to do in her kitchen that that is where you would find her nearly anytime of the day. Her home was always opened to friends and family. She truly lived her life for the happiness of others. That's where she found her purpose and joy.

She is survived by her daugher, Pamela Cowan and husband Rick Cowan, and
daughter, Audrey Oitker and husband Randy Oitker; sisters, Rethel Ruhl, LaVern Meyer, Jonell McClernon; brother, Bill Willhauck and his wife, Doris; grandchildren, Rex Penning, Scott Penning, and wife Cheryl, Guy Dankel, and wife Janet, Lisa Martin, Monte Oitker, and wife, Carmen, Shannon Pheil, and husband, John, Amy Oitker; great grandchildren, Mark Penning, Chris Penning, Ashley, Shawn Penning, Jimmy Penning, Erin Penning, Morgan Wright, Makensie Martin; brother in law, Roy Mueller, and wife Rowena; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Calvin A. Mueller on December 9, 2001; her children, L. J. Mueller and Joan Penning; and her sister, Ruth Millich.

Services to celebrate her life will be held at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home with a visitation for family and friends beginning at 3:30 p.m.
Services in St. Louis, Missouri will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, December 20, 2008 at the Hoffmeister South County Chapel with visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m.. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday at the Red Bud Cemetery in Potosi, Missouri.

Memorials may be made to Samaritan's Purse/World Medical Missions, P. O. Box 5000 Boone, NC 286007.

Mozelle's family would like to extend a very heart felt thankyou to Lighted Pathways Hospice and to Renfro Healthcare Center of Waxahachie. Words cannot express how both of these organizations have blessed and touched our family. Your generosity, compassion and love you have bestowed to our family and our beloved Mother will never be forgotten. May God Bless you all as you serve Him in the wonderful work you do in helping so many.
