Mrs. Jones passed away early Friday evening in Duncanville. She was born at Lance Creek, South Dakota to Al and Stella Warner Balch. She graduated from high school and attended college. She was a school teacher in Virginia, Illinois prior to moving to Midlothian in 1994. Mrs. Jones married William H. Jones in Virginia Illinois on March 9,1935. She was a member of Grace Church of Ovilla.

She is survived by her husband, Reverend William H. Jones, daughters Ann Lewis of Irving, Ruth Mc Kinnon and husband Mack, of Dallas, and Linda Long and husband Danny of Midlothian, six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Also survived by extended family daughter Dorris Reddin.

Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother Merritt Balch.

The Celebration of Life will be 2 PM Tuesday, March 2, 2004 in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel, Wayne Boze Funeral Home with Dr. Fred Campbell officiating. Interment will follow in the Shiloh Cemetery, Ovilla, Texas.

Pallbearers will be: Todd Eskins, Bill Cosper, Shannon Mc Kinnon, Derek Cosper, Stacy Cleveland and Greg Long.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
