Mary Jane Eubank, 65 of Waxahachie, passed away Friday, November 30, 2007 at a Dallas hospital. She was born to the late Royal Cullen Eubank, Sr. & Agnes Austin Eubank on October 25, 1942 in Waxahachie.
Mary Jane was known by so many and made friends everywhere she went each day. Her big heart reached out to everyone she met and she leaves behind a community that will miss her dearly. She graduated from Waxahachie High School in 1960 and attended Southwestern Assembly of God College and Baylor University. She was a member of The Oaks Fellowship Church. Mary Jane was an avid sports fan. You could always find her at most games at the Waxahachie High School and Jr. High. She loved kids and all the students at the school and she was deeply loved by all the students. She was named "Fan of the Year" by the Waxahachie Daily Light for her continuous support she faithfully gave to the Waxahachie Indians. Our community, our schools and the young students of Waxahachie will miss her greatly.
She is survived by her brother, Royal Cullen Eubank, Jr. & his wife, Mary Pat of Waxahachie; nephew, Royal Cullen Eubank, III of Waxahachie; niece, Angela Marie Eubank Robinson of Waxahachie; great niece, Rook Nicole Robinson of Waxahachie; cousins, Kenneth Pogue of Richardson, Kathryn Pickering of Dallas; and many other various cousins and family members.
A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home. Inurnment will be held at the Waxahachie City Cemetery at a later date.
Visitation with the family will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 Monday, December 3, 2007 at the funeral home.
If desired, memorials may be made to the Mary Jane Eubank Waxahachie Indian Athletic Fund, in care of Citizens National Bank or the Waxahachie Chamber of Commerce.
