Mary Baker

Mary Ann Baker, 87 of Waxahachie, Texas passed away Tuesday, December 06, 2016 at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Waxahachie. She was born on May 14, 1929 in Gulfport, Mississippi to the late Reailous & Margaret Felsher Touchstone. After high school Mary Ann worked for Larkin& Haggar Slacks for many years. She was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church and enjoyed working at Mother's Day out at First Baptist for many years. She enjoyed and was well known for her beautiful cross stitching. She will be dearly missed by her family and all that knew her and loved her.

She is survived by her daughters: Carol Ann & Richard Kelly of Waxahachie, Texas and Connie Baker Takacs of Waxahachie. One brother: Bobby Touchstone of Mississippi; Two Sisters: Nellie Dubuisson of Frisco, Texas and Carlene McGee of Mississippi. Grandchildren: Richie & Clare Kelly, Kari Kelly-Koch, Angela Takacs and Steven Ashley Takacs; Great Grandchildren: Casey & Brodie Kelly, Khloe Koch, Emma Ewing, Eric Ewing, R.J. Weare and Wesley Low; 1 Great Great Grandchild: Kayden Ewing. She was preceded in death by her parents,brother R.L. Touchstone; her husband Cecil Baker in 1991 and Grandson: Reggie Kelly in 1997.

Services to celebrate her life are scheduled for 10:00 AM Friday, December 09, 2016 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home with Dr. Jerry Lemon officiating. Interment will follow at Waxahachie City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Richie Kelly, Casey Kelly, Richard Kelly, Steven Takacs, Eric Ewing and R. J. Weare. Visitation with the family is scheduled from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, Friday, December 09, 2016 prior to the service in the chapel.

Arrangements are under the direction of Wayne Boze Funeral Home in Waxahachie, Texas.
