Martha Clark, age 95

Mrs. Clark passed away Tuesday morning at the Trinity Mission Health and Rehab in Italy. She was born in Bryan, Texas to Thomas Dewitt and Martha Grigsby (Morris) Hathaway. She married Ralph Ewing Clark May 4, 1932 in Houston. Since WWII Mrs. Clark was a private duty nurse and did light secretarial work. She was also employed as a dental technician with Dr. Robert Cox for seven years. Mrs. Clark was a member of the First United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday School, was a Den Mother for six years and later a baby sitter for Waxahachie Bible Church.

Her survivors include: son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Kay Clark of Parker, CO.; grandchildren, Tamalea Thompson and Chris of Waxahachie, Jeffrey Paul Clark and Susan of New Braunsfels, Carlina Jane Hendrickson of Waxahachie; great grandchildren, Sterling, Spencer and Skylar Clark, and Peyton and Lukus Hendrickson. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ralph Ewing Clark on February 19, 1961, son, Robert Thomas Clark in 1993 and brother, Thomas D. Hathaway in 1992.

The family will receive friends and relatives 6-8 PM Thursday at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The Celebration of her Life will be 2 PM graveside services and interment Friday, February 2, 2007 at the Hillcrest Burial Park with Pastor Bruce Zimmerman officiating.
