Marshall King

Marshall Wayne King, 73 of Waxahachie, Texas passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2011 in Waxahachie. He was born August 18, 1938 in Hillsboro, Texas to Radford and Laura Hall King. He was a graduate of Lancaster High School and served in the U.S. Air Force. Marshall was a very devoted son to his parents and loved his family, his grandchildren and enjoyed horses and cars. He will be dearly missed by his family and everyone who knew and loved him. He is survived by 1 son: William Frazier of Baltimore, Maryland; 2 Daughters: Laura Walther and husband Jamie of Decatur, Texas and Susan Davidson of Dallas, Texas. 7 Grandchildren: Paris, Chance and Ramey Walther and India, Jude, Beren and Athena Davidson. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Carol Ann King in 1984. Services to celebrate his life are scheduled for 2:00 PM Saturday, December 17, 2011 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Edgewood Cemetery in Lancaster, Texas. Visitation with the family will be held from 12:00 to 2:00 PM Saturday at Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
