Margie Saunders

Margie Ruth Saunders, 82 of Waxahachie, passed away Thursday, March 30, 2017 in Italy, Texas after a long battle with dementia. She was born on December 05, 1934 in Mingus, Texas to the late Garland H. Lee, Sr. and Lelia B. Sheffield Lee.

Margie is survived by her daughter, Mary Saunders, Sister Mary Jones, Sister in laws: Joan Lee and June Saunders and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 44 years, Bob Saunders, Brother: Garland Lee, Jr. and Brother in law: Gene Saunders.

Services to celebrate Margie's life are scheduled for Monday, April 03, 2017 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Smith and Jerry Bloomfield officiating. Interment will follow at Sardis Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Sunday, April 02, 2017 at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home from 6:00 to 7:00 PM .
