Lonza Boswell

On Monday, February 17,2020, Lonza Odell Boswell, loving Dad and Pappy passed away peacefully at

the age of 88. He was born October 19, 1931 in Italy, Texas to Cone and Susie Boswell. On February 25,

1949 he married the love of his life Jenna Lee Sheppard. They were married for 45 years.

He graduated High School at the age of sixteen from Bardwell High School. He joined the U.S. Navy in

1952 and was Honorably discharged May in 1956. He continued as a reservist for four additional years.

He graduated with his Bachelor of Accounts from Rutherford Metropolitan School of Business in 1959.

In his lifetime, he saw all but five states including Alaska and Hawaii, crossed the International Dateline,

and many high seas. He worked most of his life in the Trailer Industry including Green and Green Mfg.

Co., Dilly Trailers and J-Rod Trailers. After retiring from the Trailer Business, he worked proudly as a

member of the Eagles at Capps, where he delivered trucks and vans. Retiring for the final time October

19, 2016 at the age of 85.

He is survived by daughter, Leza Diane Burrow, granddaughters, Brandy Diane Burrow and Dana Nicole

Walker, great grandsons, Joshua Tyler Sain, James Matthew Walker III, Jared Michael Sain, Jordan

Robert Walker, great grand Daughter, Nicole Alexis Sain, Brother, Billy Wayne Boswell and many

extended family and friends.

Preceded in death by his wife, Jenna Lee Boswell, son, Timothy Odell Boswell, mother, Susie Mabel

(Tommy) and father Cone Jennings Boswell.

Beloved Daddy and Pappy, We love and miss you, Rest in Peace.
