Linda Gail Allen

Our dear mother Linda Gail Allen sadly passed away on October 12, 2024, at the age of 69. She was a wonderful mother who was always there when we needed her the most, offering support, wisdom and love in abundance. A friend to many, she was a cherished member of Waxahachie, Texas, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and strength.

Linda was loved and cherished by so many people, leaving behind her daughter Stacey Loftis and husband John Loftis of Waxahachie, Texas, granddaughters Chelsie Clemens, Shelby and husband Donovan Sigler, great-granddaughters Daisy and Autumn, Ally Loftis and Lexi Somers, grandsons Jaydon Clemens, Dylan and wife Shanayla Loftis, great-grandsons Jordan and Kaiden, son Casey Allen and granddaughter Kamdin Allen, son Randy Allen and wife Erin Allen, granddaughters Randi Grace, Emily, Caydence and Serinity, grandsons Evan and Ryan. She was preceded in death by her parents Dorothy and Wilburn Byars, brothers Randy Byars, Edwin Byars, James Byars, Larry Byars, grandson Trent Loftis and granddaughter Jessica Loftis. She was very loved by numerous surviving aunts, uncles, cousins and lifelong friends who felt her warmth and generosity.

Our sweet mother was always full of love, laughter, strength and resilience. She worked for Elixir Industries in Midlothian, Texas in her younger years in life. She went on later in life to work for Leon Duckett and Sons Plumbing. Linda graduated from Waxahachie High School. Anyone who knew her could clearly see the most amazing strength anyone could ever imagine with the unimaginable will to live. She never knew a stranger and was always respectful and kind to everyone. She enjoyed conversating and reminiscing about memories of the past. Her favorite gesture to everyone was “Lu Ya Ery Day.” She was a beautiful woman that will be truly missed by many.
