Mrs. Brannan passed away Wednesday morning at the Alvarado Meadows Nursing Home. She was born in Italy, TX. to John and Ida (Bell) Dotson. She was a homemaker and a member of the Forrest Hill Baptist Church.

Her survivors include: son and daughter-in-law, James and Lois Brannan; daughter, Faye Barrit all of Alvarado; sister, Leatha Gibbons of Seattle, WA.; fifteen grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and twelve great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two sons and two sisters.

The family will receive friends and relatives 6-8 PM Thursday at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will be 2 PM Friday, December 9, 2005 in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Chaplain Steve C. Durbin officiating. Pallbearers will be grandsons: Neal Brannan, Curtis Brannan, Emory Brannan, Kenneth Howard, Darrell Howard and Eddie Brannan. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Burial Park, Waxahachie.
