Leroy Edward Lenz, age 79

February 21, 2006

Mr. Lenz passed away Tuesday morning at Trinity Mission Health and Rehab, Italy. He was born in Chicago, IL. to Edward Nicholas and Alice (Priebe) Lenz. Mr. Lenz lived 75 years in Chicago. He was an accountant for the railroad, was an accomplished pianist, loved to play cards and was an avid sports fan. Mr. Lenz attended the Catholic Church.

His survivors include: daughters and sons-in-law, Cynthia Marie and William Sutherland of Italy, TX., Kimberly and William McKnight of Chino Valley, AZ.; step daughter, Vicki and Mike Morrissey of Chicago; step son, Joe and Elaine Melone of Chicago; grandchildren, Jason, Kelly, Shannon, Jacqueline, William, John, Steven, Caroline, Christina and Theresa; and eight great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be 10 AM Thursday, February 23, 2006 in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home, Waxahachie with Reverend Bruce Zimmerman officiating.
Roy will be laid to rest next to his beloved wife, Carolina.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
