Mrs. O'Daniel passed away early Thursday morning at Pleasant Manor Health & Rehab. in Waxahachie. Mrs. O'Daniel known as Aunt Lee was born in Krum, Texas one of twelve children to Abner C. and Lura B (Yarborough) McCraw. She graduated from Sanger High School and married John Ernest O'Daniel December 5, 1940 in Ellis County. Mrs. O'Daniel retired as a Sales Clerk from JC Penney of Waxahachie after 27 years of Service. She was also a longtime member of the Ferris Ave. Baptist Church.

She is survived by one son James Earnest O'Daniel and his wife Patricia of Waxahachie, 2 granddaughters; Mary P Schueler and her husband Gary, and Amy C O'Daniel, 5 great grandchildren; Brianna L O'Daniel, Jared D Schueler, Jeremy L Schueler, Zachary A. Schueler, and Cassandra L O'Daniel all of Waxahachie. Also surviving are 4 sisters; Edith Fowler of Corpus Christi, Margie Minor and her husband Willie of Ennis, Neta Bell Barnard & her husband Dwayne of Hillsboro, and Edna Lynn Crumpton of Hillsboro.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 children, her husband, 4 brothers and 3 sisters.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 6 to 8 PM Friday evening at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will be 2:00 PM Saturday June 30, 2007 with Pastor David Brown Officiating. Interment will follow at the Waxahachie City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Charles O'Daniel, Alton O'Daniel, Jimmy O'Daniel, Howard O'Daniel, Glenn O'Daniel, Paul O'Daniel, and Robert O'Daniel

The family request that memorials be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or the Waxahachie Senior Citizens.
