Layfetta Elizabeth (Bobbie) Miller, age 90
August 9, 1913
March 24, 2004

Mrs. Miller passed away Wednesday evening at Alterra Sterling House in Waxahachie. She was born in Davis, OK. to Hoesa and Katie (Tays) McLaren. She married Pete Miller in 1933 in Cleburne, TX. Mrs. Miller was very active in the community having lived in the area since 1940. She was a member of the Central Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by: two sons, Ray Miller and wife Phyllis of Alpharetta, GA., and Eddy Miller and wife Jerry of Waxahachie; grandson, Peter Miller of Katy, TX.; and nephew, Bob McLaren and wife Linda of Oakridge, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother and one sister.

The family will receive friends and relatives 6-8 PM Friday at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will be 10 AM graveside services Saturday, March 27, 2004 at the Waxahachie City Cemetery with Reverend Vic Dindot officiating. Interment will follow.
