Larry Brown

Larry Lynn Brown was born on August 11, 1947 in Mexia, Texas to the late Alvin L. Brown and Clara Sims Brown. Larry passed away at the age of 69 on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 here in Waxahachie, Texas.

Larry and his family moved here when he was 5 years old. He graduated from Waxahachie High School in 1965 and was married to Kay Trull on March 1, 1969.

Larry owned a used car lot here in Waxahachie for 20 years. For the last 30 years, Larry has served as a wildlife hunting guide. He loved hunting and being with his family.

Larry is survived by his wife of 48 years, Kay Brown, his son and daughter-in-law, Stephen and Kim Brown, two grandsons, Zeb and Jude Brown, his sister JoAnn Allen and husband Mack, his mother-in-law Helen Trull, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Larry's family is extremely thankful for his life and will miss him greatly.

There will be a graveside service at 4:00 PM Friday April 28, 2017 at the Waxahachie City Cemetery with his nephew Jay Trull officiating.
