Kris Donahue

Kris G. Donahue of Waxahachie, Texas passed away suddenly January 19, 2017 at Baylor Hospital in Waxahachie. Funeral services will be on Monday, January 23, 2017 at 2:00 pm in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home; 1826 W. Hwy 287 Business in Waxahachie, Texas. Visitation with the family will be held on Sunday, January 22, from 6-8 pm at Wayne Boze Funeral Home in Waxahachie, Texas. Interment will follow funeral service at Sardis Cemetery.

Kris was born on April 22, 1939 in Heraklion Crete Greece to George and Georgina (Mizerakis) Fourmouzis. Kris worked for thirty-one years for Minyards Foods before retiring as a casher.

Kris was preceded in death by her parents, George and Georgina Fourmouzis and her brother Minas Fourmouzis.

Kris is survived by her husband, Charles "Chuck" Donahue, Three sons, William Starkey and wife Renee of Glen Heights, Texas, Larry Starkey and wife Debbie of Murphy, Texas, Jimmy Starkey and wife Laurie of Midlothian, Texas; her step-son, Jason Bennett and wife Bethany of Paris, Texas. Her brother, Nicholas Fourmouzis and wife Assimina of Toronto, Canada. Two sisters, Maria Trialonis of Crete Greece, Andriani Skoulas of Winnipeg, Canada. Kris is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 step-grandchildren who called her "yiayia" meaning grandmother in Greece.

Kris will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her.
