Kimberly Pollan

On Sunday August 09, 2020 Kimberly Ann Pollan passed away in Baylor Scott and White in Dallas, Texas surrounded by family and love.  At the time, she was 48 years old.  Kim was a well-loved, but a tough Detention Officer in the Ellis County Sherriff Department. Prior to becoming a detention officer, she wore many hats.  Kim worked at H&W tobacco store and a local bookstore.

While Kim was a hardworking woman she will best be remembered as a loving wife, mom, MiMi, and friend.  In November of 1993 Kim married her best-friend Scott Pollan. During their 26 years of marriage they had two children Dalton (26) and Kylie Pollan (24). Kim enjoyed her free time with her family and friends swinging in her swing, being a MiMi, and finding facebook photos of her son in the military. An avid baker, Kim enjoyed sharing her love for baking with friends and family.
