Kenneth Getso, Jr.

Kenneth Wayne Getso, Jr., 23, beloved son and brother, passed away Saturday, January 31, 2015 in Ovilla. Kenneth was born on November 7, 1991 to Kenneth Wayne Getso, Sr. and Linda Moehlenkamp. Kenny loved going to the lake and the ocean. He was an avid animal lover, always rescuing and helping any kind of animal he could find. He enjoyed nature and the outdoors better than he did being inside. He graduated from Crossroads Academy in Cedar Hill in 2009 and was attending Navarro College. Kenny loved his family and he will be dearly missed and continually loved by all of them and his many friends. He is survived by his mother and father, Linda and John Moehlenkamp, Kenneth Getso, Sr.; sister, Christina Villegas Buckner; brother, Justin Moehlenkamp; uncles, Robert Getso and Roger Beall; aunt, Ann Beall; cousins, Lonnie Getso, Heather Fuller, and Brandy Beall; and nephew and niece, Gage and Chasity Buckner; and his soul brother, Collen McCombs and a host of many loved friends. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 6, 2015 at 2:00 pm at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Waxahachie City Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2015 from 6-8 pm at Wayne Boze Funeral Home, 1826 W. Hwy 287 Business, Waxahachie. www.waynebozefuneralhome.com
