Katy Nell Adair passed away May 4, 2009 at Baylor Medical Center in Waxahachie.
She was born in Ennis, Texas to E.O. Wylie and Kate Dyer Wylie, and was a lifetime Ellis County resident. Mrs. Adair was a member of The Avenue Church.

Her survivors include her son Tommy Adair and wife Kathy from Houston, Texas and her granddaughter Leanne Anderson and husband Lon from Boynton Beach, Florida. She was preceded in death by her husband Rush Adair, seven brothers, two sisters, and her parents.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 6, 2009 from 6 to 8 PM at Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will be a Graveside Service on Thursday, May 7, 2009 at 10 AM at Lakeview Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
