Katherine Ann Mayes September 25, 1954 September 13, 2010 Katherine Ann Mayes was born September 25, 1954 and passed away September 13, 2010. She was born in Dallas, Texas to Bobby and LaVaene Ogden. Kathy met Elden Mayes in 1976 and were married in June 1977. Kathy spent many years as a homemaker raising her two daughters. She was a member of Landmark Baptist Church for 30 years. She is survived by her mother LaVaene Ogden her husband Elden Mayes, Daughters: Leigh Moorehead & husband Chris and Andrea Roberts & husband Kevin, Brother: Bobby Ogden: Sister: Virginia Brown & husband Rodney; Grandchildren: Kaden & Kendra Roberts and a host of loving family and friends. A memorial service was held Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at the Landmark Baptist Church in Red Oak, Texas.
