Karla passed away early Friday morning at Baylor Hospital in Dallas.

Karla was born in Arlington, Texas to Karl B and Tammy McMillan Ford. She was a student at Maypearl High School where she was very active in Athletics especially Track and Softball. She was a member of the Maypearl First Methodist Church.

She is survived by her parents Karl and Tammy Ford, her brother Chase all of Maypearl, her maternal grandparents WH and Shirley McMillan of Greenville, paternal grandparents Leon and Evelyn Ford of Arlington, 3 uncles; Jeff and Steve McMillan both of Arlington, Grant Ford and his wife Lisa of Kennedale, 2 cousins; Shelbie and Sarah Ford both of Kennedale and numerous other relatives and friends.

The family will recieve friends and relatives from 6 to 8 PM Monday evening at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The Celebration of her life will be 10 AM Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at the Maypearl First Methodist Church with Rev. Marvin Mott officiating. Interment will follow at the Maypearl Cemetery.

A memorial fund has been set up in Karla's name at the Cowboy Bank of Maypearl.
