Juanita Sharp, age 81

Mrs. Sharp passed away Thursday at IOOF Nursing Home in Ennis. She was born in Italy, TX. to Ruel and Ozell (Murray) Holley. Mrs. Sharp attended Italy Schools. She married Woodrow Sharp in 1941. She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge and a longtime member of the Farley Street Baptist Church. She was a homemaker, loved cooking and spending time with her grandchildren. Mrs. Sharp also helped her husband in his construction business.

Mrs. Juanita is survived by: one son, Ruel Sharp of Dallas; daughter-in-law, Julie Sharp of Waxahachie; two grandchildren, Krista Reed and husband Warren of Mission, TX., Jason Sharp and wife Amy of Memphis, TN.; four great grandchildren, Emily and Alex Sharp, and Julia and Georgia Reed; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Earnest Holley and her husband Woodrow in 1991.

The family will receive friends and relatives 5-7 PM Sunday at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will be 10 AM Monday, December 6, 2004 in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Brother Richard Smith officiating.
Interment will follow in Hillcrest Burial Park.
