Ms. Mildred Juanita Rutherford passed away Wednesday morning in Dallas, Texas. She was born in Waxahachie, Texas to Gordon McDonald and Mildred (Hamlin) McDonald. She was a bookkeeper for Gaston Episcopal Hospital in Dallas for many years. She was a member of the Central Presbyterian Church in Waxahachie.

She is survived by son Scotty Rutherford and his wife Glenda of Ovilla, Texas; daughter Cyndy Matthews and her husband Ron of Houston, Texas; brother Donald McDonald of New York City, New York; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents.

The Celebration of Life will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 30, 2006 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel in Waxahachie.
