Mrs. Hensley passed away Tuesday at Baylor Medical Center Ellis County. She was born in Chatville (Navarro County), TX. to Louis Coleman and Eva Ethel (Eckeberger) Brewer. Juanita attended schools in Sardis and Waxahachie, attended Trinity University and graduated at Dallas Beauty School. She married Harold W. Hensley June 6, 1936 in Cleburne, TX. Mrs. Hensley owned and operated Hensley Beauty Shop on Grand Avenue. She was a loving mother and grandmother, and a member of the Ferris Heights United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Hensley is survived by: three sons, John Hensley and wife Lea of Duncanville, Jim Hensley and wife Peggy of Waxahachie and Ray Tom Hensley and wife D'On also of Waxahachie; brothers, C. A. Brewer and wife Nola of Waxahachie and Dude Brewer and wife Victoria of El Campo; sister, Doris White of Seattle, WA.; ten grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents,husband, and four brothers.

The family will receive friends and relatives 6-8 PM Wednesday at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will be 2 PM Thursday, September 23, 2004 in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Reverend John Shipman officiating. Pallbearers will be Rick Hensley, Raul Serna, Mark Hensley, Chris Hensley, Mark Daniel and Matthew Hensley. Interment will follow in Sardis Cemetery

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 2910 Swiss Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75204.
