John Johnston

John William-Louis Johnston, 28 of Albuquerque, NM, formerly of Waxahachie and Brentwood, MO, passed away in Albuquerque on March 2, 2017. He was born September 16, 1988.

John was a wonderful son and brother. He was loved by so many and touched many lives in his short 28 years. He was a graduate of Waxahachie High School and also attended Brentwood High School in MO. John worked as a Site Manager for Mas Tec. He will be greatly missed and continually loved by so many.

He is survived by his parents, John Johnston and fiancé, Donna and Lorri and Robert Hix; his brothers, Sean Johnston and wife, Nelida and Liam Johnston; his sisters, Natalie Hix and Maggie Johnston; his grandparents, Peggy Johnston, Arvle and Pat Hix and Jean Pasipanko; also by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John William Johnston, Joan and Louis Girolami, Robert Pasipanko and Dona Lou Hix.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in John's honor to the Herren Project or the Amy Winehouse Foundation.

A memorial service to celebrate John's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 17, 2017 in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home with Pastor Richard Spencer officiating.
