Joella Tidwell

Joella Tidwell, 71, of Waxahachie, passed away Thursday, July 03, 2014 in a Dallas Hospital. She was born June 29, 1943 in Texarkana, Texas to Richard & Helen Marie McDaniels Sanders. Joella was a longtime member of the Central Presbyterian Church in Waxahachie and also a member of the Baylor Ladies Auxillary (Pink Ladies) for many years. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends and all that knew her and loved her. Joella is survived by her husband Michael Tidwell of Waxahachie, Texas 1 Brother: Leon Sanders of Texarkana, Texas, her beloved family member and special pet: Terry, and several Nieces and Nephews and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 sister: Dorothy Chandler, 1 brother: Richard Sanders, 1 Son: Richard Wayne Tidwell and mother in law and father in law: Wayne & Nell Tidwell. Services to celebrate Joella's life will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, July 10, 2014 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home with Rev. Miss Polly Warren Williams officiating. Interment will follow at the Waxahachie City Cemetery. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday, July 09, 2014 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
