RED OAK- Graveside services for Joe P. Moore, age 62 of Red Oak, will be held on Monday September 17, 2007 at DFW National Cemetery in Arlington at 9:00A.M. with Eddie Harp officiating.
Born on August 30, 1945 in Amarillo the son of Garland and Lorrayne Moore, passed away Thursday September 13, 2007 in Red Oak.
He is survived by niece Lola Swafford and her husband Austin of Amarillo; nephews Stevan Harp and his wife Syrenthia of Red Oak; Eddie Harp and his wife Donna of Austin; great nieces Bobbie Jo and Taylor Swafford of Amarillo; Hannah Harp of Red Oak; Amariah Smith and her husband Jonathan of Austin; and great nephews Stevan Swafford of Amarillo; Josh, Cody, and Sean Harp of Red Oak; David White of Red Oak; Travis Harp and his wife Brandi of Austin; and Larin Harp of Austin. Joe was a very beloved uncle that meant the world to each of his nieces and nephews, all of which will miss him dearly and will cherish their memories of him for ever.
Memorial services will be held Monday September 17, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at the Landmark Baptist Church in Red Oak. In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be sent to Wayne Boze Funeral Home, 1826 W. Hwy. 287 Business, Waxahachie, Texas 75165, phone (972) 923-1876.
