Jimmy Rodriguez

Jimmy L. Rodriguez, 58 of Waxahachie, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, November 10, 2010. He was born to Pete G. and Eugenia Luna Rodriguez on June 24, 1952 in Forreston, Texas. Jimmy loved to spend time with his family and especially his little grandson Trenton, whom he was so proud of. He enjoyed his work and the many friends he made. He loved being outdoors and taking care of his cattle. He will be missed by many. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Monica Rodriguez of Waxahachie; his daughter, Gena Low and her husband, James of Waxahachie; his mother, Eugenia Rodriguez of Forreston; his father and mother in law, Eugene and Molly Loyd of Waxahachie; his sister, Anita Covan and her husband, Randy of Waxahachie; and his brother, Pete Rodriguez, Jr. of Dallas; Jimmy is also survived by his grandson, Trenton Lane Low of Waxahachie. He was preceded in death by his son, Jeremy Lane Rodriguez; his father, Pete G. Rodriguez; and by his brother in law, Larry Ray Loyd. Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, November 15, 2010 at the Forreston Cemetery with Rev. Corey Bearden officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, November 14, 2010 at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home, Waxahachie.
