Jesus Mena Gutierrez, age 79
June 27, 1928
August 25, 2007

Mr. Gutierrez passed away Saturday afternoon at the Ennis Regional Hospital. Mr. Gutierrez was born in Italy, Texas to Cristobal and Seferina (Mena) Gutierrez. He was raised in the Italy area and was a long time farm assistant to Jack Eastham. He was a long time member of the Italy Epiphany Catholic Church.

He is survived by 2 sisters; Julia Guerreo of Italy and Felipa Torres of Abbott, 1 brother Frank Gutierrez of Dallas and many Nieces, nephews, cousins and In-Laws.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers and 5 sisters.

The Rosary will be at 7:00 PM Monday evening August 27th at the Italy Epiphany Catholic Church. The Mass of Christion Burial will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at the Italy Epiphany Catholic Church with Father Michael Guadagnoli the officiant. Interment will follow at the Italy Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
