Jessica Miranda Nichols Braden, age 26

Jessica passed away Wednesday morning in an automobile accident in Freestone County. She was born in Avondale, Georgia to Jackie and Patricia (Gorman) Nichols. Jessica was raised in Waxahachie Graduating from Waxahachie High School in 1999. She married Hubert Baxter Braden IV (Bart) December 8, 2001 in Waxahachie. She was employed with Wal-Mart as a Loss Prevention Supervisor for the past 5 years in Waxahachie. She was a member of the Ferris Avenue Baptist Church. She enjoyed soccer, drama, and rescuing stray animals.

She is survived by: her husband Bart and daughter Miranda; her parents, Jackie and Dianne Nichols; brother Shane Nichols, all of Waxahachie; mother- in-law Eva Jones of Hurst; father- in-law Brad Braden of Waxahachie; special friends, Nolan Austin and Dana Young; her grandparents Leslie and Ann Stone of Carthage, Texas.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 6 to 8 PM Saturday at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will be 2 PM Sunday, September 23, 2007 at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home with Brother David Brown officiating. Interment will follow at the Waxahachie City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: James Bunch, Charles Estep, John Prather, Nolan Austin, Scott Geddie, Chris Stanberry.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
