Jerome Sliwa Ii

Jerry L. Sliwa II was born to Jerry and Carol Sliwa on July 7th 1962, and passed on from this life on April 12th 2018. Jerry worked for the Westrock company for 30 years. He made many friends there who quickly became family to him. Jerry was a beloved husband, father, son, and Pawpaw. He was a generous man who enjoyed his friends and family, always ready to man the BBQ and play host. Jerry loved the Dallas Cowboys and always said, "this is their year." Jerry was a big teddy bear who would always listen and offer caring advice. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Jerry is survived by his wife of 25 years, Jill Sliwa ; Four children: Marc, Tyler, Breanna, and Courtney; Three grandchildren; Olivia (Olive) Evelyn, and Bricen; His parents: Jerry and Carol Sliwa, two brothers: Chris and Lance Sliwa; One sister, Theresa Blackman. Numerous nieces, and nephews.
Services to celebrate Jerry's life are scheduled for 10:00 AM Monday, April 16, 2018 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home with Rev. Burnett Woffard, Jr. officiating.
Visitation with the family will be held Sunday, April 15, 2018 at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
