Jerome Miller, Sr.

Mr. Miller passed away Tuesday March 31st at his home in Waxahachie Texas. He was born on July 29, 1943 in Cincinnati Ohio to John Miller and Claire Kuntz. He was married to his wife Ruth Miller for 38 years before her passing in 2005. He was a member of St Joseph Catholic Church in Waxahachie. He worked for Lofland until his retirement and was President and Owner of Miller Properties in Waxahachie. Survivors include his sons Jerry Miller Jr. and daughter in law Shannon Miller of Waxahachie, Texas and Jeff Miller and wife Michelle of Midlothian Texas; Brothers Joe Miller and wife Carissa of Crossville Tennessee and Glenn Miller and wife Audrey of Saranac Lake New York; Brother in laws: William Winzig and wife Betty of Lebanon, Ohio and Monte Walter of Arkansas. Grandchildren: Jon, Andrea, Seth and Alex Miller of Waxahachie and Sierra and Zach Miller of Midlothian, Texas and numerous Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Ruth Miller and sister in laws Rosemary Walter and Kathleen McCrory. The family will receive friends and relatives from 6-8pm on Monday at Wayne Boze funeral home.
