Janis Willingham

Janis Carol (White) Willingham, age 81, passed away on May 28, 2018 in Duncanville, Texas. Graveside services will be held on Friday, June 1, 2018 at 1:00 PM in the Evergreen Cemetery in Gustine, Texas.

Janis was born on February 28, 1937 in Dublin, Texas. She was the daughter of William Roscoe White and Jewell (Neel) White. On October 16, 1954 she married Thomas Harve Willingham in Gustine, Texas and to this union 3 sons and 1 daughter were born. She was preceded in death by her husband on February 23, 2013, her sons, Earl (Twig) and Kevin Willingham. Also, 2 brothers, J.N. "Son" White and James Von White, 3 sisters, Dorothy Nell White, Cloy Genetta Moore and Jo Rae Compton.

She is survived by her daughter, Karen DeLoach and her son, Tony Willingham; 3 grandchildren, Steve DeLoach, Brooke Rios and Chad Willingham; and 4 great grandchildren, Phoebe Willingham, Micah Rios, Mia Rios and Layla DeLoach.

Wayne Boze Funeral Home in Waxahachie is in charge of the arrangements.
