James Meyer

James Everett Meyer, 51 of Maypearl, passed away June 13, 2015 in Arlington. He was born October 28, 1963 in Mansfield, Texas to James Allen and Elizabeth Laverne Meyer. James was owner of James Roofing and Remodeling. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed fishing with his daughters. He was a Christian and enjoyed sharing the Gospel with everyone he met. For the past year, James was enjoying his first grand-child, "SJ", whom he loved and who adored hi sweet "Pop Pop." He is survived by his five daughters, Mallory of Mansfield, Joni of Maypearl, Brooke of Maypearl, Jodi of Burnett and Jill of Burnett. He is also survived by his mother and several brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, James Allen Meyer. A private memorial service will be held at a later date with his girls.
