James Mcbride

James Gregory McBride, better known as Greg, passed away at age 52 from a short, courageous battle with cancer, on January 5, 2020 at the James L. West Building in Fort Worth, TX.

Greg graduated from Midlothian High School. He was a man of God who loved his family, cooking, and all types of music and sports. He installed commercial kitchen equipment by trade and was passionate about making everyone around him laugh.

He is survived by his parents Jerry and Brenda McBride, son Jacob McBride and fiancé Savanna McLemore, daughter Heather Day and husband Matthew Day, brother Jason McBride and wife Gail McBride, sister Julie McBride, grandchildren Oliver, Joanna, Amelia and Connor as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles who all loved him very much.

He will be dearly missed by everyone that had the privilege of knowing him.

Friends and family are encouraged to gather for a time of visitation on Friday, January 10, 2020 from 6 to 8 in the evening at Wayne Boze Funeral Home. Services celebrating James' life will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 2 o'clock in the afternoon in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Waxahachie City Cemetery.
