James "Jim" Manning August 14, 1943 November 02, 2012 James "Jim" Manning, 69, of Waxahachie, Texas passed away Friday, November 02, 2012 in Kaufman. He was born on August 14, 1943 in Kirksey, Kentucky to James Hardin and Palace Bell Manning. Jim raced at the 85 Speedway for many years and was owner and operator of Jims Auto Salvage in Waxahachie for many years. He will be dearly missed by his family and everyone who knew and loved him. He is survived by his wife Brenda Manning, Sons: Jimmy & Cindy Manning, Kevin Manning, Billy Manning; Daughters: Tammy & Mark Buchanan, Jamie & Andy Brazeal, Brandy & Brian Wright, Carolyn & Raul Nieto, Brittany & Mariano Garcia and Hanna Rawlins; 3 Brothers: Joe, Danny and Terry Manning and 1 sister: Carolyn Cochran; 20 Grandchildren: 8 Great Grandchildren and a host of family and friends. Services to celebrate his life are scheduled for 10:00 AM Monday, November 05, 2012 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Hughes Cemetery in Avalon , Texas . Visitation with the family will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Sunday, November 04, 2012 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
