James Robert Lett

James Robert Lett, age 55 of Waxahachie, passed away tragically August 26^th after a very difficult battle with Leukemia.

James was born in Wolfe City, TX on July 27, 1968. He graduated from Red Oak High School and afterwards went straight into the work force, in which James worked many years in transportation and Logistics.  When James wasn’t working, he enjoyed spending time with his family, clowning around with his kids, working in his garage, Hot rodding in his truck or simply making people laugh. James will be deeply missed by all who knew him and loved him.

On January 31, 2014, James married his beloved wife Kayla Rogers, in Sardis TX. They would go on to create a beautiful love story over the next 11 years, after meeting back in 2012 while working together. His wife Kayla and children will sincerely miss James and all the beauty and laughter he brought to their lives.

He is preceded in death by Daughter, Lauren Renee Lett, Stepfather Bobby Savage and Grandparents Woodrow and Lucille Pemberton.

He was survived by Spouse, Kayla Lett and Mother, Linda Savage
