James Doyle Duncan, age 86
October 2, 1920
October 21, 2006

Mr. Duncan passed away at Baylor Hospital in Dallas Saturday evening. He was born in Rabia, Oklahoma to Fred L. and Newling (Sharrock) Duncan. He graduated from High School in Tushalinga, Oklahoma and received his BA in Accounting from TCU. He married Louise Faries April 1, 1983 in McKinney. He served with the US Army Air Corps during WWII. Mr. Duncan was a self employed tax accountant. They moved to Waxahachie in 1987 and were members of the First Christian Church in Waxahachie.

His survivors include: brother, Jack Duncan of Clarksville, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, June and Harold Brown of Sidney, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and a daughter, Donna Duncan.

A Memorial Service will be 11 AM Thursday, October 26, 2006 at the First Christian Church, Waxahachie, with Pastor Vance McIntosh and Dr. Gary Bronson officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
