James Cofer, Jr.

James Ray Cofer, Jr. 23, of Waxahachie, passed away Friday, June 12, 2015 in Waxahachie. He was born August 18, 1991 in Dallas. James attended Red Oak High School and graduated from Waxahachie High School. He was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend. James loved to play video games, dance and hanging out with friends and family. He enjoyed Frisbee Golf, going to the movies with his nephews and listening to Techno music such as Deadmau5. His favorite super hero was Batman. He collected the DVD's and other batman collectables. He was very creative, in his free time he loved to draw anything that caught his attention. James leaves behind a family and so many friends that will miss him and continually love him. He is survived by his mother and father, Carmen Aguilar and James Ray Cofer, Sr.; his sister, Carmen Michelle Cofer; his nephew, Jayden Martinez. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 18, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Waxahachie City Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 16, 2015 and also Wednesday, June 17th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary prayer service on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. www.waynebozefuneralhome.com
