Jacob Ryan Lavender passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2003 at Baylor Medical Center in Waxahachie.


He is survived by his parents, Jeff and Elizabeth Lavender of Waxahachie; His grandparents: Jane & Robert Scott of Fairhope, Alabama; Barbara Lavender of Kingsport, Tennessee his Great Grandparents: Lorena Lavender of Dayton, Tenn. & Grace Young of Louisville, Tenn., and Louie and Cynthia Vanvig of Castro Valley, California, Coriel Scott of Foley, Alabama. 2 Aunts: Lisa Scott of Fairhope, Alabama and Suzy Justice of Charlotte, N.C.

A memorial service will be held at Bear Creek Baptist Church at 3:00 PM Saturday, December 27, 2003 with Rev. Brian Hill officiating. Interment will be Tuesday, December 30, 2003 at 2:00 PM at the Pine Crest Cemetery in Mobile, Alabama.
