Jack Taylor, age 93

Mr. Taylor, a lifetime Ellis County farmer, passed away at Trinity Mission, Italy Sunday evening. He was born in Waxahachie to Edward Warner and Mary L. (Williams) Taylor. He attended Waxahachie schools and one year at North Texas State. He and Jeanette Wilson married August 2, 1940 in Hillsboro. Mr. Taylor loved animals. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

He is survived by: his wife, Jeanette Taylor of Waxahachie. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Clyde and Lawson Taylor.

The family will receive friends and relative 5-7 PM Tuesday at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will be 10 AM graveside services Wednesday, December 8, 2004 at Waxahachie City Cemetery. Honorary Pallbearers will be Gene Taylor, Coy Seiver, Richard Holyfield, Mike Sheffield, Mike York, Fred Jones, Dan Cox, Gary Aday, Jerry Waldarsky, Danny Starbeck, Jimmy Cooper and the Scarborough Faire Family. Interment will follow.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be to the SPCA of Ellis County.
