Levi passed away Thursday morning at Baylor Medical Center Waxahachie. He was born in Waxahachie, TX. to John Lindsay and Maura Kay (Smith) Evans.

Levi is survived by: his parents, John and Maura Evans of Waxahachie; maternal grandparents, Barry and Vickie Smith of Dawson; paternal grandparents, Reverend James and Ginny Evans of Corsicana.

Graveside services will be 2 PM Tuesday, November 16, 2004 in Greenwood Cemetery, Teague, TX.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
